Smart Grid Edge Computing and Acquisition & Control Card

Core Features

● Powerful edge computing capabilities empower the smart grid.
Equipped with a domestically produced high-performance 8-core 64-bit processor (4x Cortex-A76 + 4x Cortex-A55) and featuring a built-in 6TOPS NPU, this device can process massive amounts of power data in real time at the edge and perform AI algorithm analysis (such as line defect detection and load forecasting), significantly reducing the workload on the main station.

● Full-interface data collection, one-card access.
The board features multiple onboard Gigabit/10-Gigabit network ports, RS-485/232 interfaces, CAN bus, and DI/DO digital inputs/outputs, enabling seamless integration with various power equipment (such as FTUs/DTUs/TTUs, protective devices, electric meters, and sensors) and facilitating comprehensive data collection in scenarios including substations, distribution rooms, and new-energy power stations.

● Industry-grade reliability design, unafraid of harsh environments.
It features an industrial-grade RK3588J chip and supports wide-temperature operation from -40°C to +85°C. The PCB and interfaces are designed with isolation and lightning protection, ensuring long-term stable operation even in complex electromagnetic environments and harsh climatic conditions.

● Built-in secure encryption safeguards grid security.
Supports hardware encryption engines and national cryptographic algorithms such as SM2, SM3, and SM4, ensuring data security and secure device access, and meeting the security protection requirements of power monitoring systems.

● Flexible protocol and system support, rapid deployment
Supports Linux and Buildroot systems, with built-in protocol stacks for power applications including IEC 61850 (GOOSE/MMS/SV), Modbus, IEC 104, DNP3, and more, enabling seamless integration with various master stations and cloud platforms.
