Smart Energy Storage
Energy storage PCS control board
Core Features
● Domestically developed, safe and reliable.
It adopts GaoYun’s domestically produced FPGA as the control core, ensuring a secure and controllable supply chain. The chip meets industrial-grade (I5) standards and supports wide-temperature operation from -40℃ to +85℃, making it resilient to harsh environmental conditions.
● Nano-second-level hardware protection—impenetrable as gold.
The fault detection and protection functions for overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, and other faults are implemented entirely in hardware, with a response time of less than 150 ns—far faster than conventional MCU-based solutions—thus fundamentally ensuring the safety of both the IGBT and the entire system.
● Ultra-real-time control, precise and efficient.
The parallel architecture enables independent, synchronized computation of multiple control loops (current loop and voltage loop), with a control cycle as short as ≤ 10 μs. It supports higher switching frequencies, thereby improving system efficiency and dynamic response.
● Rich interface integration, flexible scalability
It integrates multiple industrial communication interfaces and ADC control logic, enabling flexible adaptation to various topologies (two-level, three-level NPC, T-type three-level, etc.) and system sizes.
● Intelligent operations and maintenance, cloud-ready
Supports data acquisition, fault recording, and remote upgrades, providing underlying data support for the smart energy cloud platform.
