Smart Energy Storage
Energy Storage BMS Solution
Core Features
● Dual-core intelligent control, safe and efficient.
It integrates an ARM Cortex-M3 core and a TI C28x DSP core. The M3 core handles communication and scheduling, while the C28x core excels in high-precision data acquisition and complex algorithm processing. With clearly defined divisions of labor, this dual-core architecture delivers real-time performance far superior to single-core solutions.
● High-precision battery monitoring
Supports ADC sampling with resolution exceeding 16 bits, with total voltage (TV) and total current (TI) measurement accuracy up to ±0.1% FSR, and single-cell voltage (CV) measurement accuracy of ±2 mV, enabling precise monitoring of battery status.
● All-round security protection
Hardware-level protection features include overvoltage (OV), undervoltage (UV), overcurrent (OC), short circuit (SC), and overtemperature (OT) protection, with response speeds reaching the microsecond level, thereby establishing a robust safety barrier.
● Smart Balanced Management
Supports both passive and active balancing strategies (requires external chip expansion), effectively mitigating battery inconsistencies and enhancing overall capacity and lifespan.
● Powerful cloud-edge interconnection
It integrates multiple industrial communication interfaces, enabling seamless connection to cloud platforms for data monitoring, fault prediction, and intelligent analysis.
